Not what I expected...
I loved the lamp but the photos of the shade of red were misleading, I thought it was a burgundy red while it was more firetruck red, so please look carefully when you order this lamp. Also the lamp was delivered completely detatched and there were no supllies added to combine the electric wires from the different arms to the center. Also the user manual was basic and not clear enough to complete the lamp by myself. When I sent an e-mail about this, costumer service said the manual should be enough and it should be easy and that was it, no help, no compensation whatsoever. They advised me to call an electrician for help. When I order a lamp of more then 250 euro, I expect to get something that works and that is complete and clear to connect, and not an incomplete building set with no explanation which you need an electricians degree for. I have solved the issues myself, asked for help and bought the missing parts in a hardware store but I am dissapointed in Vaxxlamp and wil never buy here again nor reccommend this webshop to others. I am very sad about this experience.
Terrible quality & refund nightmare
We purchased a linear pendant light from this company. When it arrived, it was awful quality. Cheaply made, covered in glue, missing paint, and not actually aligned where the light met the metal. While they had a return policy, no UK companies would return an item that size to China, and so we were £100s out of pocket. We were eventually able to secure a refund but only after invoking UK consumer rights laws and many, many emails. AVOID.

Not worth the money
The products when they arrived did not look of the quality I expected for the price. The reported savings are certainly fabricated in my opinion. One was particularly cheap looking so I decided to return it then found it would have to be sent to China! Customer service was prompt but I felt lacked the full explanation of how to return - I was offered a discount and in the end accepted as I couldn't face the hassle of the return. I wouldn't order from this company again and will stick with brands and companies I know and trust.

I'm and interior designer and my project was to design my clients dressing room. When my client entered the room she gasped in delight and said these words, " This is a show stopper!" She was soooo happy with it.

Osterich Lamp
I ordered an Osterich lamp and I crossed my fingers that it would arrive...I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived on time, in perfect order and the quality is fantastic. Once you put it all together the feather top is full and fluffy and the colour was pretty true to what was on the website. The only thing that had me worried was I didnt receive any tracking info so I wasnt sure if it was going to arrive but it did. Very happy with everything. I will order again from VaxLamp after this experience.

Very good products. I have 3 of their lamps for almost 1 year now & I am very happy with them. they also have very good customer service, I had an issue with one of the deliveries & they helped to sort it out & also answered immediately my questions on how to connect the lamp to the remote.

The delivery took approximately a month…
The delivery took approximately a month instead of the predicted delivery date. The product was of inferior quality - made of cheap plastic. It is going to be returned. The entire experience was disappointing!

We have checked the tracking information, and the shipment delay was caused by unreadable barcode labels which were replaced on July 9, leading to a few days of delivery extended.
