I requested a refund of $120 regarding my order from Residence Supply. My order arrived three weeks past the expected delivery date, and I had submitted a cancellation request for a full refund prior to the items even being shipped. Upon receiving the late shipment, I immediately returned the items via USPS at my own expense. Despite having already filed multiple formal complaints regarding this matter, I have yet to receive my refund. RS has finally reached out. I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved. Telling me about a return policy after I already cancel the order and then still shipping it anyway seems inept at best. Still waiting for a refund 3 months later.
