False Advertising and Fake Materials.
I ordered a brass chandelier that was rather expensive. The item was advertised as a solid brass chandelier with prism glasses. The item I received not only did not match the pictures in that it was designed differently, the materials were inferior. Instead of brass, it was brass plated and it certainly was not prism glass (which has higher refraction). The material arrived in a cheap wooden box drop shipped from China with a clear rip-off on design and quality of a better known brand. When we had issues with the chandelier, Residence Supply refused to make it right and refund my money. I was able to successfully dispute the charge thanks to my credit card company but will not trust this organization going forward. Buyer beware!

W bought outlets and switches from them and they ALL stopped working coincidentally after the 15 day return window! We spent thousands of dollars for fault products!! They are CHEAP don’t buy.

My outlet plate had a small chip upon unboxing but I emailed them with a couple pictures and they sent out a replacement at no cost very quickly. The plate turned out to be the perfect color match to my paint and seems to be of good quality. I plan to order all the outlets and switches for my home

Solid metal and looks as depicted, arriving in good time with nice packaging. Quality seems about commensurate with price. The electrical parts aren't identified with brand name like Leviton or Legrand, and aren't quite the heft, but are marked as UL-listed. Bought and installed a few of the 1-gang and am pleased.
The GFCI has a green status light and a red one that momentarily flashes every 25 seconds or so, apparently to indicate a self-test. I suppose if it fails the red light stays on. Display status lights might not be my preference, but not really a problem. Prompt customer response when asked about the lights.
The tamper-resistant outlet holes have spring-loaded covers that require two prongs simultaneously ... plug insertion requires a slight side-to-side jiggle, but it goes right in, no problem. No different than any other tamper-resistant outlet.

Not going to fib, I was 50/50 on placing my order, but after looking at many of the positive reviews, I decided to take the plunge - happy I did - my only glitch was receiving a partial shipment of a chandelier without communication that it would actually ship in two crates. I contacted customer service right away and within a couple hours I had my update and answers - not but a few days after that, I received the remainder of my purchase - carefully packaged/crated and zero damage - within two days of that I had it fully installed and shining bright! My clients are pleased, I’m pleased and will share that while initially apprehensive, Residence Supply was very pleasant and professional to interact with. Communication along the way would have eased the panic of receiving an only a partial package - but outside of that hiccup - we’re very pleased! I will add that while working on a residential remodel project for eight months and interacting with countless vendors and trades, RS’s response time and communication was prompt - I am still waiting on answers from a local vendor and it’s been nearly two weeks of phone tags and chasing down emails - which makes my job all that more challenging so it’s nice that Residence Supply takes customer service seriously! Thank you - look forward to future orders. We love our Wamble Chandelier!

If I were rating their customer service team alone—specifically Jennifer—it would be an easy 5 stars. They were responsive, helpful, and ultimately resolved a return and refund issue very fairly. However, I had to deduct a star due to the quality of the actual products I received. I ordered some brass face plates and light switches, and unfortunately, the quality didn’t meet my expectations for the premium/cost over other brands. The brass finish lacked the durability I expected, and the internal electrical components of the toggle switches felt flimsy. While I wouldn't recommend those specific switches, I highly commend the company for standing behind their customers and making things right in the end. I can’t speak to the quality of all the other products they offer, but I would consider buying from them again in the future.
