I received the product in a timely manner and I’m very satisfied with it. The dimmer knob and switch plate that I ordered is beautiful and really well made. I placed another order after. The customer service that Joseph has provided throughout the process of choosing product and ordering has been monumental in making the right choices for our renovation. He went above and beyond.
