David Altamirano helped all the way for several months in processing our refund/claim with them. He's absolutely responsive, patient and helpful. Although the products and timing didn't work for us, we can tell that those are high quality items. If in the future we will need hardware again, we will be glad to check their inventory first.

This company is a huge dropshipping scam. They act like their products are produced in USA however they sell products directly from aliexpress and other dropshipping adresses with inflated prices to make them look good quality. Most photos are ai created, not even the actual items. You can find most of these products directly from source which will be way cheaper and way better customer service. Currently I am still waiting for an order to arrive after 2 months! 2 months!!!. They created an UPS label just to shut me up, they say item is in customs, what a big lie! It has been more than 1 week since they created a label, customs never take this long. I can not get a refund, I can not do anything, I can`t even return it if I ever receive it, they have crazy predatory terms, never ever trust this company, you can see how many complaints they have on Better Business Bureau. Stay Away!

The company made good on an item that broke after only a few months of use. First, I had to go back and forth emailing photos and videos to prove it was broken but they sent a free replacement via mail.
