I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Residence Supply. What started as a stressful situation was completely turned around thanks to the outstanding customer service I received from David Altamirano. David was patient, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. He walked me through every step, took the time to work directly with my electrician to troubleshoot the issue, and helped us find a solution that worked perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who is so invested in making sure a customer is completely satisfied. The level of service I received gave me complete confidence in both David and Residence Supply. I absolutely love the final result and will not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you again, David, for going above and beyond—it truly made all the difference!
