Fantastic Customer Service. Beautiful light fixture.

Fantastic Customer Service. I had multiple conversations with the RS team regarding the suitability of our preferred lights and regarding realistic delivery. They were spot on about everything. We purchased 2 of the Eretoq Travertine lamps, which are shown as wall mounts but we wanted them for ceiling use in a cedar paneled room. They are now installed on the ceiling in our new build and look fab.

Hi Ann, Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re absolutely thrilled to hear that our team was able to help guide you through suitability and delivery expectations, and that everything lined up perfectly. It’s wonderful to know the Eretoq Travertine lamps worked beautifully as ceiling fixtures and look fantastic in your cedar-paneled space — that sounds like a stunning setup. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share this and are so glad we could be part of your new build. Sincerely, Residence Supply
