False Advertising and Fake Materials
False Advertising and Fake Materials. I ordered a brass chandelier that was rather expensive. The item was advertised as a solid brass chandelier with prism glasses. The item I received not only did not match the pictures in that it was designed differently, the materials were inferior. Instead of brass, it was brass plated and it certainly was not prism glass (which has higher refraction). The material arrived in a cheap wooden box drop shipped from China with a clear rip-off on design and quality of a better known brand. When we had issues with the chandelier, Residence Supply refused to make it right and refund my money. I was able to successfully dispute the charge thanks to my credit card company but will not trust this organization going forward. Buyer beware!
