Responsive
Honest, responsive and helpful company. Note that VAXLAMP is not a manufacturer, but a distributor so the quality can vary. But since VAXLAMP is helpful, it is worth spending extra money on a lamp rather than dealing with the source.

Consumers are also extremely pleased with their purchases, describing the items as gorgeous, well packaged, and matching the online pictures perfectly. Looked at many of these Ostrich feather floor lamps, so glad decided to opt for the Vax Lamp one. Great customer services from Cathy and Aileen, answered questions before I ordered. Ordered 170cm luxury with white feathers. Went for the more upright one, opposed to the one that branches slightly more to the side. Arrived in two weeks from China, well packaged. Did come with lightbulbs , but decided to change them for large white globe ones, so look like eggs.. Good experience , would recommend. Many thanks.

Hi Michael, There are very few international courier channel services that can ship a 2-meter light, so the shipping cost is very high. For any quality problem, please contact us any time. We are happy to help you.
