Seamless process
They have been great the entire time. For a person who always pays their bills on time, but knew I was seconds away from drowning and had no other option but to stop paying them was the hardest challenge for me. They assured me this was a seamless process but would take time. I paid as much as I could possibly afford without jeopardizing my livelihood and they handled the rest.
