Kimberly at Netdebt helped me pay off…A great experience

Kimberly at Netdebt helped me pay off my accounts early with money from my account and stopped anymore draws from my account for payment. I was able to skip my last two payments and am thrilled to be debt free. Kimberly was gracious and professional and totally knowledgeable about what could be done and implemented it with ease. Thank you Kimberly and Netdebt for a very satisfactory experience. I recommend this company and Kimberly to anyone!! Sincerely, Catherine Pieper

Just completed the program

I was a client for three years. I just completed the program and am now debt free! Every time I spoke with a representative, they were professional and understanding. They are happy to work with you. You have to do your part as well. You can't expect Netdebt to do the work for you. Work with them! I will highly recommend Netdebt to anyone seeking help with debt relief.

Jina Underwood

I “inherited” a 50k debt when my Uncle died of Covid last year. For 3 months I communicated with Jina Underwood for the purpose of resolving this debt. There were many frustrations and bumps in the road in this process mostly due to externalities. There were times I wanted to scream at someone but it was difficult if not impossible to determine who was blameworthy. All during this process Jina was professional, courteous and most important honorable in the way she handled each problem that arose. There are many dubious debt resolution businesses out there I’m sure but I will have say based on my one experience that Net Debt is legitimate.

This company is horrible and is…

This company is horrible and is overcharging you. By the end of the program you could have settled your debt for less money and not have to pay them an extra 2 or 3 grand to do it. Don't use them at all. Goggle how to settle debt and do it on your own. People who already have used this company need to get together for a class action law suit... No, your comment doesn't because i did it myself for one of the cards and paid way less money. You don't have to know a lot to call them and say you want to settle your debt. It took me 2 mins and I did a better job. However, if you are a plumber, you need a certification and eventually you will need to call one if you can't fix it. A judge has to agree to let you represent yourself unless it is civil. This is why they appoint you one if you can't afford it. You also need someone to help you with a house because there all types of compliance you have to follow. There is no one person who builds a house. So not the same but good try. You all settle for $3000 and take $2000 more, that's a rip off. You can call yourself and just pay $3000 and bypass paying $5000. Then you pay more during tax season because any settled debt over $500 you have to pay the government a %. So basically you could have paid them in full after dealing with your company. Since you take a percentage based off of the amount settled who is to say you are getting the lowest rate because i was quoted higher than what i settled on my own. Update: You can do your own plumbing and etc...however settling debt is as easy as counting 1.2.3. No matter how much you owe, you can just call the companies and ask. Companies will easily work with you. I did it. You are not doing anything special for people. Stop it!

Hello Echo. You are correct in that an individual can settle debt on their own. They can also do their own plumbing, represent themselves in court or build their own house. In most cases, a person with professional experience would be a more favorable choice for any of these scenarios. There is a big difference in coming to the table with a few thousand worth of individual debt vs millions. As for the fee, nothing is owed until you accept an offer I hope this clears up any confusion.

NetDebth should be investigated for scamming people taking money charge for the service that they never provide,I get charged $636.00 and they never contacted one of my creditors for a year, my balance in my account should be $1,789.77 but they are sending me back $1,023.00 , the explanation....we get the charge fee,now I have a judgement against me and the court after my property, Attorney General please do something about it.and for people out there, please stay away from this people because you will end up paying twice your dept while they make money out you period.

I think we need to start a class action…

I've since talked to Elizabeth and I'm hoping all my concerns are met. She was very engaged to what I was concerned about, and didn't try to push the blame elsewhere. She explained more than anyone else I've talked to and assured me that my debt would be gone before the end of my contract. She spoke calmly and directly, didn't interrupt me . Great props for Elizabeth.

Was disappointed with response to my concerns about continuing to build funds instead of paying off debt. Just kept getting they were building funds with no explanation why when there was enough there to pay off one or more creditors.

Don't go with them

opened the account to help pay off my debt because after I had my son I used some of my credit cards to pay his hospital bill, and it just stated accumulating more. I was given an amount that they would negotiate and that would be what I would pay, but as the time went on my bill kept getting higher and I ended up paying much more than what I originally owed. I ended up pulling out my biggest account and settling it on my own. Live and learn, I would never recommend this company to anyone. They don't help, they just add to the stress.

My credit card debt got way out of…

My credit card debt got way out of control. We had a few months where our income was short. The interest rates and late fees got unbelievable. Thanks to NetDebt I am able to get them paid back at a lower monthly payment and at a reduced payoff amount. I would definitely recommend calling NetDebt.

Would not recommend this debt…

Would not recommend this debt consolidation to anyone. I was very mislead on the actual out of pocket and the length of time I would be paying off creditors. I was told originally, that my out of pocket would be around 50% of my original debt. This was not the case. Not only are you still stuck paying off the majority of your debt - but then net debt gets their 30% cut!! Just pay your debt off on your own. Work with the creditors directly. Net debt is in it for themselves- not you!

Deceiving Company

The estimated time frame they’ll give you until your done with the program is way off from predictions. Then when you cancel your program , speak with two separate managers, who ensure your program has been canceled. They draft your money anyways!! Even in the hectic time , during a pandemic they still drafted my money, even though I had canceled the program a week ago. It’s been hell dealing with net debt. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company!!!
