Excellent customer service
I had received an e-mail from Heartland America giving me a $10.00 off coupon (JUST4U). However, when I tried to add the coupon code at checkout, a message stated this was an invalid promo code. So, I sent an e-mail to info @heartlandamerica.com explaining the situation. Danielle replied that I should place my order and then send her my order number. She would then make sure that the $10.00 was taken off my order amount. I appreciated the excellent customer service to resolve the issue.
