Garbage company
My Temu order always arrive with other delivery services with no issues. This time they decided to use this company and so far they are horrible! They have marked my package as "attempt to deliver" and "no safe place to leave" twice. No attempt was made. I have my phone number on my orders, to call and I also have " ok to leave in mailbox area". Nobody ever responds to the email. You just get an automated response. I have now called and spoke to a CSR twice and twice I was told that my delivery instructions are clear. Today's call, the CSR said that the drivers are lazy and lie about packages all the time and they have fired a lot of them. When you call and are on hold, the auto message says "you are third in line, your approximate wait is 15 seconds". I waited 30 minutes each day. Even their automated phone system lies. I really hope Temu drops them because I feel like drivers are probably stealing packaged.
