Shein items at a higher price point. Recieved my dress, which was unwearable due to the cheap stitching turning into plastic which scratched my under bust area. They first tried to resolve it by offering anything else off the website at the same price point for free but I would have to pay for postage. When that was unacceptable they offered 30% refund and I should send the dress back to China at my own expenses. At this point I also had an email asking why I had removed my review from trustpilot, which I hadn't. I pointed out to nerdywave, legally, they must refund and pay for postage to return the faulty item. They have now offered a 50% refund, which i will not accept. Shady business, removing reviews as "resolved" when they are trying to subvert your legal rights as a consumer.
