Service was stellar from start to finish!
Service was stellar from start to finish! Sonam, my booking agent, always got back to me and my many questions within 24 hours. He was never pushy about trying to sell me anything. When my trip was in jeopardy with the war n the Middle East, he helped me to book flights through Bangkok and even helped facilitate my refund for the difference in fare. Once I got there, I had such wonderful, attentive service from Chencho and my driver, Sonam, that I felt so safe and well-taken care of. Chencho was an amazing guide who was able to position me into places to have the best experience. Sonam was always there to drive us to the next adventure. I could go on and on about how amazing this trip was, but you’ll just need to book to see for yourself! I 1000% recommend this company.
