CO#73900 I have only dealt with customer service through email and they have been wonderful.. I have purchased 4 items through oneisall and one was not working correctly.. it would not hold a charge.. they are replacing it.. Can't be any better than that.... Thank you Awesome Customer Service.. no hassle just making it happen..
