AVOID ... a scam
AVOID, Avoid, avoid. This is a follow up to my review because now they want to appear on the level offering to contact them on their website to resolve the issue. They did not say that I had contacted them MANY times, and their answer was that the tracking record indicates it was delivered, when in fact it was not. Then they suggested to check with UPS. So, UPS had an issue with ONLY their package from the many they deliver to me, Ridiculous! So DHgate if you are reading this, if you want tor resolve the issue properly, issue FULL refund of total amount charged including the shipping charges, and ONCE you do that I will follow up with another post to the fact, and change my ratings.
