Difficult to call hotline
Difficult to call hotline , at least wait for 10 minutes for the talking . I typed the wrong letters for 2 passagers , call hotline for 4 times but I still need to wait ...wait for reply and wait for the email ... I will be on board on Sunday but I still not get any reply Difficult to contact w the staff
