Fraudulent
Fraudulent. Ordered xbox live gold pass, did not receive code after 1 week. Attempted to speak with customer service via online chat 20+ Times, but no one available. Wrote 3 emails to customer service, none answered. Bank reported fraud activity reported on credit card used for transaction. Had bank reverse payment on initial charge and ordered a new card. Stay away from this vendor. I have tried to reach you guys via online chat customer service no less than 20 times. I do not have an order number- nothing was ever emailed about the purchase.
