Charged me £80 pounds for Roblox! Amazing deal, definitely recommend. I can't believe I got a £100 game for only £80!

Poor customer service. Sarcastic and unprofessional, to improve staff need training.

I ordered a Steam key and they didn't deliver it because they wanted to make more profits with the evolving market.

I ordered a Steam key. They never delivered it because they saw in the meantime the price raise higher on the market. So they refunded me instead of delivering. This site cannot be trusted. Proof is given to me today. Really not fun to be treated this way. It is a lack of respect to the customer. They even lied to me when I opened a ticket to ask that they deliver what I ordered and fully paid : "Unfortunately, due to some technical issues on our end, we are not able to deliver your product, which we sincerely apologize for. Therefore, we were forced to cancel your order and issue a refund." This is a lie because I could see the price go up on a Steam market compare game prices site and they even raised the price themself the same day on their own site! It is now 205.35 €! for a Steam key I ordered earlier the same day from their same site at €7,57 € EUR and that they refunded "due to some technical issues on our end". A lie and a total lack of respect. You are warned. They cannot be trusted a Steam key seller.

Estoy muy decepcionado, me cree una cuenta y al verificarla me dicen que me la banearon automaticamente. nisiquiera pude estar 15segundos ahi. me dice: Your Account has been suspended. SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is a joke, my email on file got hacked so I logged in to change the email on file and then it says it will send a verification code to the email, when I open the email its blank. I contact the support and you get someone that can't speak English's. I explain the situation and they say I cant change the email on file even though it says I can. Then I ask that person to delete the entire account and was told just to log out and "our guys do it in a few hrs" Seriously what a b/s scam and when you contact them via FB they actually go by a different name there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE SCAMMERS THEY ARE JUST LOOKING TO GATHER ANY INFO THEY CAN ON YOU.

I original review was flagged by this company for breaking TrustPilots guildlines ??? Yet I gave it 3 stars because I praised the cheap prices but I was concerned of lack of security (at the time of writing that review in 2018) and it took a while to recieved my key yet they flagged it down as breaking the rules. More like trying to get rid of bad reviews so I wouldn't recommened them at all as they don't believe people's shopping exp should be honest.

Scumbag company. Not honouring pre orders from the old owners of the website. Promised refund but never received it and I have tried multiple times contacting them. They will say use the chat function on website over email so communication is slow and there is no history of you contacting them Edit 02/04/2021 order 195100533284- will update if refunded

Don't purchase on gamesdeal website it's scam they advertize with products they don't have in stock and when you pay for it they fail to send it to you and they'll even delete your account luckily paypall still has the details

Was slightly hesitant to use this website as the past few reviews were all negative (saying they'd been charged but not received the key) however I took a chance as the price for the game I wanted was so low (60% off the steam price). Received the key within 2 mins of payment, very happy.

Found through google shopping so thought was legit. Unfortunately is not. They don't sell games only the CD code, which is obviously useless without the game/software. Order No. #GD-195100625633 This review was previously removed unjustly on appeal by gamesdeal. I paid for a full game and received only a code. I have never received a refund. Fraudulent company.
