Linda was so helpful in resolving my issue. She was just so helpful in talking through the issue (I managed to damage pins on the plug) she sent me pictures and videos on WhatsApp and when the issue couldn't be resolved over the phone she sent me the spare part. The part arrived promptly and my Miramate is now up and running I am feeling the benefits already. Thank you Linda your company is lucky to have you. Liam Molamphy
