Long shipping and refund nightmare
UPDATE 8/20 AVOID THEM After multiple emails, I was able to get a shipping address to send the shoes back to. I provided them with tracking and then had to provide tracking confirmation that it was received. They only refunded me 50%. It took forever to get the shoes. I got the shoes and I did not like the way they looked or fit. I never wore them outside of the house. They are giving me the biggest runaround saying that I have to have the original packaging to be able to return them. They try to get me to keep them and give me a 30% discount on my next pair. I said I don’t want them and I won’t be ordering more. Do not buy from this company Chinese bullshit
