Just average. They never answered their phone when I called. You had to keep cash in your account for them to proceed with processing, as opposed to being billed every time. You don't get the money back. Sometimes it took days to get the mail scanned. The shipping fees are outrageous, even when shipped in the US. I won't be using them again.
