Overall an okay experience
Overall an okay experience. I had an iPhone 13 Pro 512 GB that was in nearly perfect condition (in my opinion) - no scratches or dents or anything. Was quoted at $300 on their website and they said during their testing of the camera, there were a few dark spots that appeared on a plain background and they reduced the payout to $90... These didn't appear in any photos of mine before sending it to them, but after a bit of back and forth, we settled on $150. Still less than I believe it's worth, but their customer service is good at least and they were nice and courteous at least.
