Junk, and return policy is a joke
I don't understand the positive reviews. The item I ordered -- a thumb/wrist compression wrap -- looks absolutely nothing like the online images. The images in the listing appear to be AI-generated, which obviously isn't unusual in the present era, but I expected some resemblance. The fabric is thin, like heavy stockings, and the thumb opening is disproportionately small. I have tiny hands and my thumb was purple with decreased sensation within seconds of applying the wrap. I spent $52 on two wraps for each hand and I wish I'd just spent half that amount on a good pair of compression gloves on Amazon. Wait...I DID end up buying gloves on Amazon. When I requested a full refund, the customer service rep wasted both our time over the course of a solid week on messages back and forth trying to convince me to accept an alternate arrangement -- namely, a discount on a future purchase and a partial refund -- instead. The returns process is a pain and the customer pays return shipping to China, which is outlandishly expensive. For a first-class package, I was looking at more than half the original purchase amount in shipping charges to return this garbage. I will never purchase anything from this store again. SO bad.

Quality equipment, affordable prices
I've purchased professional equipment from this company and have not been disappointed. The machines I own from MyChway are substantial, powerful, and effective. I get phenomenal client results, which of course is also technique-dependent. I do get better results with the MyChway devices than I was able to achieve with other more expensive brands though, so they have a long-term customer in me. I have only ordered devices specifically labeled as "shipping from the US" so I've never paid customs or other additional fees, and I also have no idea how shipment from China might affect transit time. In my case, my devices have all been delivered within a week of order -- sometimes as quickly as 3 days later. I took advantage of the Black Friday sale this year and gifted a MyChway machine to another contouring specialist who is just starting out and she loves hers as well. I have my eye on a few more machines in which I'd like to eventually invest, and I'll be purchasing from MyChway when the time comes.

Love my Phymat products
This mat is incredibly relaxing. I've used the name-brand BioMat before and find Phymat every bit as soothing and pain-relieving. I owned their full-length gemstone mat for years before discovering the mat with PEMF, so I gave away the original and upgraded to PEMF. I use the latter in my professional studio and clients love it as well. The one issue is that it's really rigid and can be uncomfortable when lying flat. I place mine over an ergonomic topper and I also bought the BioMat brand cover and pad to improve comfort.
