Rip Off with Postage Labels
I accidentally sent the wrong item to a buyer. What a nightmare with getting a return postage label. Charged me close to $18 which was more than the amount I charged the buyer. Was sent back in a postage bag costing $11.70. Ebay has just pocketed $7 of my money. What a hassle to sell something for $12.50!!!! There are no live agents to chat to, only AI so you just go around in circles and get no help. Don't think I will bother listing anything further on ebay. While they have tried to make the process more simple, they have made it more frustrating and difficult. I've had my account for over 20 years and a bit done with the whole sales process.
