Box came empty in Fed Ex company
I heard good reviews about Dresslily so I bought two dresses, I was excited to receive them. I paid expedited shipping to get here faster, it arrived at Fed Ex and it was stuck there for two weeks and I was confused so I decided to contact Dresslily, but they mainly answered how it's international and how it takes longer. I understood, but I decided to call Fed Ex to see the problem and apparently the reason why it's stuck at that location is that the box came empty. They said they need at least 2 lbs to send out but it came and it was 0 lbs and its light which means it's empty. I sent a note for a refund, but they keep answering mainly automatic
