Excellence
From my first contact with Glen he was wonderful. His patience is beyond measure. I also received the same excellent service from Melanie. They made a difficult and stressful situation so much easier always answering my numerous questions and many times having to repeat the answers. They make a great team. I thank you both for your excellent customer service.
