Do not believe any assurance they give you
I had lengthy chats with them prior to ordering a dress for my son’s wedding, explaining that I needed it by Feb 20th or it would be of no use to me. They assured me I would receive it by Feb 19th. I have the transcribed record of these chats. Now, after my inquiries about why it was still processing, they say I will not receive it until the middle of March. The wedding will be over by then. Their excuses varied by the person responding from the big New Year festival to the corona virus. I do not really care about any excuses, none of which I believe anyway. I specified a date as being of the essence beforehand. After I asked for a full refund, I have heard nothing from them. UPDATE Yesterday they did cancel my order and I believe refunded my credit card. They requested my input as to how to improve their service. I am adding a star to the rating for those reasons.
