The size of the one item I purchased was incorrect and yes, the wait time for it was the longest I've ever waited for anything ordering online. Trying to exchange this item was more of a hassle than it was worth. The company needs to work on an easier process. Emailing a comment for a return was not possible, the font was almost clear and there was no *send* option i could see. Having to pay the shipping cost again to and from wasn't right considering it was not my error. In the end, the total cost of an exchange was more than the product was worth. Having to be approved is crazy itself. I didn't even bother with a refund. I didn't really trust i would receive any money back for all my costs and trouble. Try a different company, this one is untrustworthy.
