Waste of money and time. I asked if they do alterations as I tried on 3 dresses and I'd like one. They were abrupt in their response saying they suggest I send it back and 'order the real size'. Well, I already sent them back I did not intend to keep. Also, what do you call the 'real size'? If there's no alterations... I ordered my normal size. I gathered the cheap price was not worth it and spent 10x more than I wanted on a dress at a well known wedding dress store which I'm actually more pleased with. _______________________________________________ I appreciate the after response, however it's a little late as I have already bought a beautiful dress from another store and did not want to risk shopping here again. Perhaps this will be a lesson in future to help the client... especially for a wedding dress service!! I suppose you get what you pay for and sometimes paying a lot more for a better service is worth it.
