Unacceptably high returns cost
The dress colour I wanted it not available in their try on scheme so I had to order it to try. Dresses take a long time to come. The charge for returning dresses is unacceptable, a £10 restocking fee seems ridiculous. The material was also quite cheap. Given the good reviews I was expecting much more!
