Poor customer service
terrible customer service. i bought one on amazon and then found cheaper on their site and have tried to get the cheaper one sent to me and refund of the more expensive amazon one. i am no further forward after 2 days of emails to customer service. i'm sure its a great item but i doubt the aftercare will be any good
