waiting forever
The delivery tracking shows that my postage reached Singapore on 22-Aug. After checking my mail box every day, there was nothing. I called the office consecutively for a few days and there was no answer. I decided to go to the office in Toa Payoh on 28-Aug to collect the items myself. The company needs to do better.
