I’m very disappointed with how this situation has been handled. On March 26, I was told my order was delayed, so I immediately asked to cancel it because it had not shipped yet. I was then told I was eligible for a full refund. Based on that, I expected the cancellation and refund to be honored.
Instead, it feels like they forced this shipment onto me and are now trying to make me cover the shipping fee. That is not fair. I followed their instructions right away and acted in good faith, but now they are changing the story and refusing to do what they originally said.
A company should stand by what it tells its customers, especially when the customer acted promptly and correctly. Based on this experience, I would not be comfortable ordering from them again.

 Amateur company, clueless
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed my order on March 19 and canceled it on March 26 after being told it would be delayed. I was informed that I could expect a refund within 5–10 business days, but instead the order was still delivered on April 10. Even after reaching out again, I still have not received the return label I was promised.
The lack of communication and follow-through has been frustrating. It’s incredible that sending products on time seems to be a problem, and even a simple return label has been impossible to get. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
