Grooms cancelled the day before!
Booked in for a Groom at Eastgate only for it to be cancelled a couple days before. Was told to use Emerson’s Green who cancelled the day before. I was told due to staff issues and the other because they didn’t read the notes on file. The communication is very poor, Kate was unsympathetic couldn’t answer my questions and blunt. Absolute circus!
