The whole process is easy. I believe the pricing is on the low side, but when you want to move a piece of jewelry this eases your hunt for potential buyers, time, etc. The employees, whether through email, or phone were very accessible. The pay terms are lengthy. Each of my pieces took 14 days, then 2 days until deposit. Once again, saved me time and effort. I appreciate the process and how simple things were.
