Horrible Service
Purchased a pair of incredibly expensive running shoes. They arrived with an obvious defect in the footbed that was visible and palpable. I reached out to Snagged and Bagged and sent photos of the damage got an email saying "We found your order for the Norda - Men's 001 Original Trail Runner Sneakers, and since it was delivered within the required window, we can help review this as a damage claim." Then 2 days later I got an email saying that I had only 7 days to report the defect. I responded explaining that I was out of town for a week and reported it literally the day I got back, which was 1 day after the 7th day, and they refused to work with me at all even though it was an obvious defect. Beware, this companies sells defective merchandise for deep discounts and does not care at all to work with you if there is an issue. Find another seller.
