I looked at several sites for this particular shoe. I have a couple pairs of these but not this color. I was very happy to see them on your site at a price that was quite a bit lower than other sites. I also got a deal through ID.me so that was an added bonus. I ordered them on the 16th and was to be delivered on the 22nd. I received them on the 19th!! Awesome! Fast service, order was exactly what I wanted at a great price. Did I mention fast? I will definitely use your site again! Fantastic job!

They sold a product they didn’t have - after radio silence and an expected delivery date 10 days out, they cancelled the order after a week with no updates other than we don’t have that item. Pretty lame way to waste a week for an item that doesn’t actually exist. Lame service, lame business model. Just another middle man

I have been trying to replicate
I have been trying to replicate a similar pant that I bought years ago. Now it is worn and cozy and so easy to slip on and forget I have it on. I thought I should try to find one that doesn’t look so well worn. This fits the bill for summer. Now I want to find one like it in a warmer fabric.

Buyer Beware - I received fakes
I ordered some Jack Rogers sandals and received them fairly quickly. They weren’t in a box but they looked new. They were very uncomfortable and didn’t seem like real leather. A few weeks later I ordered the same style of sandals directly from the Jack Rogers website, and once they arrived it became obvious that the sandals from Snagged and Bagged are fake. There are many differences between the two and what is more irritating is that the photos of the sandals on the Snagged and Bagged site are authentic and match the pair that I ordered from Jack Rogers, so they were totally misrepresented on the Snagged and Bagged site.

There are two versions of this shoe: Original Jacks (which you ordered from the brand) and Jacks II (which you ordered from us) Key Differences: Original Jacks: Traditional flat leather footbed with little padding, famously stiff at first and requiring a notable break-in period to soften the leather. Jacks II: Features an upgraded, softly cushioned footbed that adds extra underfoot comfort out of the box. Outsole and Traction: Original Jacks: Smooth leather or traditional flat sole that can be slippery initially. Jacks II: Updated with a more flexible, textured rubber or composite non-slip outsole for better grip.
