I ordered 2 items and both items sent was wrong. Wrong size duvet sent and it had the security tag still attached I order black trousers, again completely different to how sent. Never wasting my time buying from you again

Very satisfied with products and delivery
It took ages until they brought the first pair of shoes. Then I asked for another one. It took ages and finally when I asked what’s going on, she said that they don’t find the other shoe of the pair. I waited for more than an hour without the time I spent in the line for the payment.
2 owala and 2 mini hydro flasks came in a giant box. XL suitcase size. There was no padding the bottles knocking about. The mini hydro flasks wee in little boxes but I think the owala ones are dented. I had also gone to collect and had to deal with a giant box. Not thrilled

I ordered to Myflexbox that was offered as a delivery option. Now I am responsible for the delivery address being wrong?!?! After 2 weeks still no package. I already told customer service I wanted a replacement. After 3-4 days I am being asked same question.

My order was returned even though it was just attempted to deliver once. Customer service initially asked me if I wanted the items resent to me or a refund and I said I want them resent to me. My order was refunded without my permission/request and I was told that I can place another order after. I can't even reorder in the app because it's still an active order. After that I've had zero communication. It's been a very very bad experience.
Charged expensive shipping and then used Evri so item never arrived. Postage charged was more than enough for item to be sent via Royal Mail for example. Stop using Evri, they are a scam.
My address is blocked and everytime I try to buy something it gets cancelled immediately. Absolute scam
Delivery efficient, came earlier than expected. Product well made and fashionable for my grandaughter , who btw loved the style, and this is her second purchase of baggy joggers..age 15 .
Some stuff are smaller than what the pictures show and also the quality is worse than how it looks on the pictures and for the same reason it’s overrated on the prices. Still, there are nice stuff and things that I really liked.
