Rudest managers I’ve ever encountered - 2 women
The manager made fun of me in French for asking if I could have the shirt on the mannequin and swap it for a different size, despite it being the last outfit in the whole store. She raised her voice it me when I asked politely why she couldn’t make an exception and said “I’ve told you once. What do you not understand?” And then rolled her eyes at me when I explained other stores do it.

Slow and convoluted returns process
I ordered a pair of Adidas on sale and the pair I received were not up to standard, one toe was crumpled and aged looking compared to the other. I will say the customer service team were very polite but the return process itself was unnecessarily convoluted. I initiated the return online shortly after receiving the item, a secondary order was generated as I asked for an exchange because I did like the trainers, it was just the pair I received were not acceptable quality. I selected the option to return with a Royal Mail QR code and after receiving confirmation my return has been approved on the Monday had to follow up on the returns label recieving an EVRI printable return slip 3 days later. I was then told a refund would be issued and they had cancelled the exchange. While EVRI tracking showed the item was returned on Saturday, it was only confirmed as received with refund issued on Thursday so basically 2 weeks of back and forth to get a refund rather than exchange.

I never received my package. I tried to do the online chat but was only a bot and I was told it’s been dispatched but nothing more 🤷🏼♀️

I’m so pleased with my water bottle
I’m so pleased with my water bottle, it’s a great size and keeps the water so cold for so long, ice cubes take hours to melt away which is great! I love how the bottle comes apart for easy cleaning too and the colour choices are fab! It was delivered really quickly too. Really happy with my purchase.
