Absolutely amazing they gave so much support and when I messaged them they replied almost instantly. Every time i go to the in store shop all of the country the staff are amazing.

The Camden cashier was really friendly and efficient. Very different to the experience I have had in their Regent street store (which I avoid completely)
The Camden store is always neat & tidy and love the t-shirt bay they have at the front of the store on the wall bay. They push for email receipts not printed ones just make sure you give the right email add as previously (as non member) didn’t receive it and when trying to exchange it became a whole thing & was left with the unused items.

you assured 5-7 business days shipment in italy and after 16 days I still have no news and no updates in the tracking. My package seems lost and I will not recieve it before leaving for one month, that's unacceptable.

Duvet set arrived with a rip in it, appalling customer service!
Ordered a duvet set to match another one ordered. One had a 10cm rip on a pillowcase. Contacted Customer Service, concerned if started a returns process the set would sell out. No response despite marked urgent. Contacted again, offered a £1.40 discount!! Declined, started a returns process as appeared no solution unless was returned despite them seeing photos of the rip. No returns code has yet been sent, but the duvet set has sold out! A local repair will cost £10. I have no alternative other than to pay this as it is for a matching set, have told them this and they have never responded, not even to give the £1.40 refund as pointless as that is. Will not order from them again,

Cashier forgot to ask me for my urban outfitters account
I went to urban outfitters in Paris, and I thought it was weird the cashier didn’t ask me if I have an account with them or not because usually when I go there they ask for my account. So I was about to pay, and the lady said that I can try it next time so I paid for the clothes before she could add my account. I was obviously upset because she didn’t even try to include my purchase to my urban outfitters account.

I love so many of the clothes from this store. I only wish they weren't so expensive. Items are so unique, and I don't feel like I'm wearing the same things as everyone else. The app is very easy to use, and you can always find something on sale. Delivery is on point, and the communication throughout the process is excellent—I have no complaints. The return process was seamless.
