Ive returned an item and its been 6 days and ill still had no refund.

The Order was placed on 15 July and goods shipped on 16 July. On 27 July no sign of the parcel and the tracking info froze on 17 July. I contacted the customer support. Only after that the package started to move. On 30 July it should be aleeady somwhere near but I still dont have my package.

Great product (Owala water bottle)at a good price. Delivered quicker than expected- in plenty of time for a birthday present. Reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the lack of protective packaging - inside a plastic bag then in a thin cardboard box which was bigger than the bottle, causing it to roll around. When Evri are delivering this is definitely an issue!
