My order came in Sarajevo and courier service did not contact me, thay have returned it back claiming that the adress was not correct! It was very dissapointing. Your customer service informed me that I will get the refund in next 5 days. I wolud like to order that item again, but I am afraid that it could happen again!

The website was really easy to navigate, and I quickly found exactly what I was looking for. To qualify for free delivery, I also added a Jellycat to my order, which arrived in perfect condition. The order was dispatched quickly, arrived well packaged, and everything was exactly as described. My daughter was absolutely obsessed with her new Owala bottle and hasn’t stopped using it since! Overall, I had a really positive shopping experience from start to finish. Great range of products, fast delivery, and everything arrived safely. I’d definitely purchase from Urban Outfitters again.
