Confused.
I ordered a really nice top, then they refunded me as there was a ‘stock issue’ and now they ask me to write a review about a top I didn’t receive?

My packaged failed to be delivered after a week and a half of back and forth emails from Evri. Their supplier is useless and this isn't the first time my package has been lost. I expect a refund.

It took more than a week until the bottle arrived. Yes, now I know it has to get through the customs, but there was no information in the description.
Quality of the products not the same
Quality of the products is going seriously downhill…. From bedding which is so thin you could spit through it to ornamental decorations or furniture items which are also poor quality and covered in dust when you receive them. I ordered a fragile cat lamp which was delivered chipped which doesn’t surprise me as it had no fragile stickers on the box so I suppose I was lucky it was only chipped and not smashed to bits. I also previously purchased a large boo cushion which split at the seams, I did contact UO customer service about that but did not receive a response so I suppose I shouldn’t have shopped here again. It’s good for stocking fillers but its a no for me for everything else. Sorry for the poor review but because my daughter loves UO so much and I have shopped here for a long long time I have given the store chance after chance but the quality has never recovered to where it used to be, and the cost definitely does not reflect the quality.
Delayed delivery
I ordered a gift voucher by post for my granddaughter's birthday on Tuesday 28 July. I paid for express delivery. It has still not arrived today, 3 August. I was promised a refund of the express delivery charge but there has been no explanation for the delay. I will never shop at Urban Outfitters again.
One item didn't arrive.
The customer service is terrible
The customer service is terrible. My shipment was lost, and I reported it several times, but you only “talk” to an AI. When it finally transfers you to a customer service agent, they never get back to you. Four days passed, and I never heard from anyone. The package eventually arrived, although it was significantly delayed. Fortunately, it arrived in perfect condition
