I think the clothes in the stars are really organized and the customers are always going to to help what fit you good they have manners and are not rude to you and everything in the shop looks clean

I recently purchased several items in the sale at UO in Cardiff - advertised offer was buy 1 and get 2nd half price, annoyingly your tills are set up to give minimum discount by making you pay full price for the expensive items and discounting the cheapest item by 50%. Like other retailers I feel you should group items in similar price brackets together so that the consumer benefits from the saving. In end I had to purchase my items over 4 transactions as that way it saved me £40 whereas when they ran all items through the till in one single transaction I would have paid £40 more for the same items.

delivery took a little too long and the jeans were much baggier than in the reviews and the pictures from the product itself, and the jeans were a little too short even though i sized up. The jeans had a huge discount, maybe that’s why. Other than that, i don’t have anything to complain about.

Got a very cute and creepy doll sticker book , I’d not have found it only I spent ages trawling through the website during your sale and I couldn’t pass it . Got more film for my instax while I was at it , didn’t wanna pay postage the same price as the item I was getting 😂 I’ll be sticking creepy dolls on everything I can think of .
