I ordered a parcel, they failed to deliver it and only tried once despite my instructions, they sent it back and refunded it. I ordered it again for an increased price and added more instructions, they failed again. It was refunded and sent back again. Should consider a change in who they work with.

Used Evri to deliver so I never received my parcel. I have been issued a refund but that wasn’t much help when I’d ordered a dress for a specific occasion and it never got delivered.

Very nice clothes with good quality. The Staff was great, but the only inconvenience is that it was a bit pricy.

visited Guildford store and worst experience unable to use changing room as queue sooooooooo long and staff just standing around unhelpful with sizes , ended up getting holiday gear at white stuff and they have a 50% sale so ended well, won't waste time in UO store again

All the clothes are good quality and the workers are nice.
