Nice and trendy shopping experience
I shopped at urban outfitters in Copenhagen and my first time . the store had a unique presentation of their cloth line. There was a discounted sale in February and the collection was good and i managed to grab a few nice pieces. Definitely will plan to explore more in future.

Find what teenagers want
We found exactly the jeans my daugther was looking for. Nice color and good quality as you can see details such as the brand displayed in a unique manner on the jeans. Area of improvement: they must increase the number of cashier during sales or add digital payment points to avoid the long queue to finalize our purchase

I love shopping with UO. Your stores are interesting and staff have clearly been trained well on excellent customer service as well as being very friendly. Online, there is good choice and prices, delivery prompt.

Had to give my purse in order to get in…
Had to give my purse in order to get in to a locker room? What kind of service is that? Also when I was done fitting my clothes, the bags were just standing there unattended, available for anyone to reach. Very wrong decision in my opinion for numerous reasons. If people are stealing so much, do something different.

Item is good packaging was bad
The item itself is absolutely fine which is lucky actually because the packaging was pretty bad. It came loose in a cardboard box that was too big for it, so if handled badly by a courier it could’ve very easily gotten damaged, so although to item is good the packaging team need to do better. This could have been something more delicate and my expectation now is that it won’t come approximately packaged.

Online order
Online order. Sent to wrong address which they say was my fault. I used the same default address that has always been in my app and is correct on all orders and yet this one was sent to a completely different village with a different postcode. I believe someone their end has manually selected the wrong address in error as the house name is the same. I didn’t select my address when ordering as it’s just my permanent default. They have also changed my default address in the app since, even though all my previous orders still all show the correct address. They won’t refund the item, which was only around £20 so not earth shattering but the house delivered to is empty so I can’t retrieve it and the fact someone has somehow changed my default address after it being correct for years and blaming me for it is honestly shocking. The stores are great but I’m not sure I’d ever use the app and order online again. Their system obviously has issues.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot amend or modify. We do recommend checking all payment apps are up to date (PayPal, etc) as sometimes a default address will be added. If the wrong address is provided and the delivery is completed, we cannot offer a replacement or refund as the parcel has been delivered to the address provided. Rest assured though that this will be passed to the relevant team, and we're sorry that we cannot offer further assistance on this occasion. This can be disputed directly with your payment provider and the carrier. Our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Thanks, UO Team.
