Twice and done
We've tried TruGreen a few times, hoping they would improve, but they don't seem capable. They almost killed one yard and are hardly paying attention to the other property. Lazy, uncaring technicians may be the problem there, but they are all consistently bad. They walk around with a hose for a few minutes, spraying the application and missing many areas completely. Communication is horrible. It's difficult to get a representative to answer a phone locally, they often don't have answers to questions, messages go unanswered, and they simply treat you like you're a bother. Never again. Find a local company with a manager and technician that care.
