Faulty Item refused refund
Order SF20243223221 — two dresses for a destination wedding. One (Adorable Impression Beige Stripe Maxi Dress) arrived damaged the dress is beautiful its my second order with them . Order was only part-paid with store credit, the rest paid normally, yet Sunfere refused a return/exchange on this basis. I received the dresses on the 23rd but flew out on the 26th for the wedding and didn't get to check them beforehand — when I reported the damage, I was told I should have done so within 48 hours of delivery. A faulty item should be replaced or refunded regardless of part-payment method or a rigid inspection window that doesn't account for real-life circumstances like travelling for a wedding. Their final offer was 50% store credit — not acceptable for a dress I never got to wear.
